Leadmode was founded by the late Dr Fakunle Odifa PhD (Leicester) with the aim of bringing the benefits of top-flight international education to students living in West Africa. Dr Odifa was known to have organised a series of distance learning programmes in Nigeria since 2002, initially utilising his close links with the University of Leicester in the UK, where he taught for so many years in the Department of Economics and the Faculty of Business Management at the University’s main campus. Leadmode later had offices in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, and links with 7 universities. Over the last 15 years of operations, Leadmode has registered 2,000 students and above with top UK institutions and has already graduated over a thousand students.
